  7. Alter, sieht der Casillas da noch extrem Jugendhaft aus. Heute ist er mit Abstand der beste Torhüter der Welt.

  9. @TheColdplayer83 byern hat 99 gegen kaiserslautern und kiev in den viertel bzw achtelfinalen gespielt während united gegen inter und juve gespielt hat.

  16. @DiabloDon Hm, Bayern, ManU and of course Real were dominating, yes… but I think Valencia too was very powerful then, 2 finals in a row, 2000 and 2001. Damn I miss those times… Leeds, Lazio… now it’s just Chelsea, Manchester, Barcelona + until current season Liverpool. It just gets so boring when there are too many teams from one league in later stages of CL. Good thing this season brought some changes, thanks to Bayern and Inter.

  23. Between 1998 and 2002 were only 3 team totally dominating the CL. It were Bayern, ManU and Real Madrid! Then there came nothing…Cl-Winner: ManU (99), Madrid (2000) and Bayern (2001)!!! So I agree with all the people saying that the best Matches were between those teams at that time. Clash of the Titans!? I can sign that without doubts!

    But Bayern owned them all between 99-2001.

    Geez, I miss those times…

    Aber damals war das wirklich das Spiel der Spiele.
    Naja heutzutage kann es ja nur noch im Achtelfinale stattfinden. Weiter kommt Real ja nicht mehr :P;)
