Carlo Ancelotti will be replacing Pep Guardiola in Bayern Munich

Pep Guardiola’s managerial stay in Bayern Munich will be reaching it’s end after the current season finishes and it has been officially confirmed that Carlo Ancelotti will be taking over as his successor.

The Spanish manager became the head coach of Bayern Munich back in June of 2013 and from there on out it has been a huge success for the German club as they have lifted a number of major titles including: Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, UEFA Super Cup and the FIFA Club World Cup.

The only significant piece of silverware that has been out of the reach of Pep Guardiola in Bayern Munich is the Champions League but it can still be secured in this season as the German club is currently competing in the European competition and are one of the favorites on lifting the prestigious title.

Carlo Ancelotti has already made a transfer demand as the Italian manager had a condition that he wanted to be met before his managerial reign kicks off at the end of the season and the transfer demand that Ancelotti requested was to not sell Lewandowski.

Ancelotti wants to have Lewandowski at his disposal when he is officially named as the new coach of Bayern Munich. The Polish attacker is one of the highest rated forwards in the world and he has been receiving interest from a number of clubs but from the looks of it, he will be staying in the Allianz Arena for a few more years as Ancelotti already has plans on working alongside Lewandowski on a long term basis.

Douglas Costa, ArjenRobben and Franck Ribery are the other players of Bayern Munch that Ancelotti wants to see them stay put in the German club and not be offloaded anytime soon.
